According to Article 13(1) and (2) and Article 14(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

- personal data will be processed to:
- fulfill a request concerning a contract concluded with KIR or
- fulfill a request other than concerning a contract concluded with KIR, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of GDPR;
- personal data will be stored for a period necessary for contract performance or the fulfillment of another request;
- you have the right to access the contents of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict the processing, the right to transfer your data, and in the case of processing based on consent – the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Polish acronym: “PUODO”) if you find that the personal data processing breaches the provisions on the protection of personal data;
- providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the request to be processed;
