The mSzafir mobile seal is a qualified seal certificate, which includes company data and allows you to seal documents without the need to use a card and reader.

Generate an mSzafir seal certificate and seal it on your phone, tablet or laptop, on the mSzafir portal or any application with a sealing option. Choose the certificate validity period and seal limit, which suits your needs.
A qualified electronic seal ensures the integrity of the document and allows for the unambiguous identification of the entity certifying the document. The qualified mSzafir electronic seal certificate contains the full name of the entity and a number uniquely identifying the entity (NIP – IN VAT number, or KRS – National Court Register number).  Importantly, the qualified certificate used to verify the seal contains only the institution's data, without the personal data of employees.

  2. Confirm the seal order on behalf of your organisation

    Submit the order for signature electronically or in paper to persons authorised to represent your organisation and return it to us.

  3. Generate an electronic seal

    Once we have confirmed your order, we verify the identity of the authorised person (online with a qualified certificate or at a selected branch) and generate a seal certificate for your organisation.

A mobile electronic seal is an optimal way to quickly and reliably authorise official company correspondence, electronic invoices, offers for customers, legal documents, regulations, diplomas, ID cards, certificates, etc.

It is worth noting that the qualified certificate used to verify the seal contains only the institution's data, without the personal data of employees. The electronic seal cannot be forged, and the recipient can be sure that the invoice, offer or other document comes from a specific, confirmed source.
